Job Title: Marketing Coordinator/ Project Assistant

Location: City Centre, Cape Town

Salary: R14 000 per month

Opportunity available for a junior to mid-level Marketing Coordinator/ Project Assistant, based in Cape Town.

Requirements:
Matric AND Marketing degree or diploma
Prolific English writing skills
Mid-level Excel skills required
Power Point proficiency
Project co-ordination skills - to co-ordinate between support teams, suppliers and clients to ensure deliverables are met timeously and effectively
Self-motivated
Ability to work independently, as well as actively contribute to team initiatives
Experience or previous exposure to CMS systems, updating of website content
Knowledge and understanding of mobile industry is a bonus
Online and mobile marketing experience is a bonus
Own transport is required

Duties:
To work with the General Manager and assist in day-to-day activities
Writing copy and text content for mobile applications and marketing initiatives
Briefing graphic design departments to output content and marketing collateral
Quality control, edit and enhance content that has been outsourced and procured
Package content catalogues, client proposals into presentations
Uploading content into CMS systems
Devising and maintaining department administrative systems and collating data
Assistance with data management and reporting
