Purpose of the Job
Manage and maintain the 3 core functions of Depot branding support, corporate gifts and maintenance of the Company Marketing budget. Working with the Company Marketing team and the RMC’s to provide the business with key support to enable them to open depots, provide appropriate corporate gifts and maintain cost control against Company Marketing budget

Job Accountabilities/Key Responsibilities
Office / Depot branding
Main point of contact for office/depot office branding requirement
Manage Marketing deliverables from the planning stage, define requirements and liaise with relevant local staff
Develop new concepts and designs in conjunction with the Head of Marketing and within brand guidelines
Develop, refine and maintain a branding process to cover all requirements within a defined budget and timeframe with relation to new depot openings in conjunction with Head of Marketing

Corporate gifts
Develop, refine and maintain Aggreko corporate gifts and improve the process from items selection, branding, purchasing, distribution and stocking.
Develop a cohesive strategy for the identification; selection and purchasing of corporate gift items
Identify and maintain key suppliers and source new one where required in line with agreed quality requirements
Create and maintain appropriate stocks of corporate gift items and work with Events team when required to deliver required corporate gifts to support the events activity
Maintain brand guidelines and work with RMC’s to purchase quantities to maximize economies of scale and to assist them in sourcing and purchasing corporate gifts

Marketing budget/expense
Raising of LPOs, booking in of materials received and dealing with invoice queries
Maintenance of Company marketing budget spreadsheet
Manage all purchasing and purchase orders from the Company Marketing budget
Maintain and weekly/ monthly report on spending against the Company marketing budget
Provide information on budget allocation as required to the Head of Marketing
Owner of the budget sheet and main point of contact for marketing requisitions

Marketing Agency & Internal Dept support
Work with the Marketing Coordinator (Events and Advertising) to ensure all Aggreko projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the correct quality
Work with internal departments (inc HR, OE, Sales Effectiveness & Operations) to ensure projects and events are delivered on time, within budget and to the correct quality and within brand guidelines
Work with the Company Marketing team and Company – RMC’s to ensure projects and events are delivered on time, within budget and to the correct quality and within brand guidelines

Person Specification/Job Requirements
Min 3 years experience in role, ideally in a B2B marketing environment
Team player, ability to coordinate internal and external teams
Capable of working on own initiative and delivering to tight deadlines
