MARKETING COORDINATOR

A leading Safari guide and wildlife training organisation - Nelspruit -  is looking for a Marketing Coordinator

who loves all things marketing and digital marketing.

The candidate must be familiar with a wide range of both marketing and digital marketing practices.

The successful applicant will directly support the Marketing Manager and will work in collaboration with its wider marketing partners

to deliver intelligent digital campaigns, blogs, advertising and strategies to mention a few.

In addition, the successful candidate will spend time at remote unfenced wilderness camps

located across South Africa and Botswana, building relationships with students and staff and gathering research that can be used for marketing.

Technical competencies and requirements for position:

Excellent graphic design skills with Adobe InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator.
Marketing related Degree or Diploma.
Digital Marketing qualification, relevant knowledge and experience managing multiple digital channels and community management.
Proficient with MS Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Excellent command of the English language and copywriting ability.
Min 1 - 2 years’ experience in a marketing role or similar.
Either experience in tourism or field guide or nature knowledge is advantageous.
Knowledge and understanding of film production is advantageous.
Available to attend trade shows.
Available to visit camps located across South Africa and Botswana.
Live in or prepared to relocate to Nelspruit.
A passion for wildlife and conservation.
Salary R 16 000 - R 18 000
