Purpose of position:

Plan, develop and implement effective marketing strategies for the Product Range assigned; to effectively reach customers, partners and end users – to communicate the value proposition of the Products and influence the market share thereof. The end goal is to maximise profits / leads generation through developing strategies to promote the Products and Services of your Vendors.

Key Responsibility Areas:
Responsible to assess the best methods of marketing to the partner and end customer base.
o Responsible for management of the product range’s marketing vendors;
? Ensure that the website developer, PR agency, design agency are aligned.
? Develop KPIs for each agency and manage quarterly reviews with each supplier
o Manage PR messages in advance with the relevant vendors each month
o Drive separate quarterly go to market campaigns for each vendor to ensure lead generation for the partner and Networks Unlimited
o Ensure that there are measurables in place for all marketing campaigns and activities being run by Networks Unlimited
o Manage the website and website content keeping it fresh and updated by adding weekly articles to increase SEO
o Manage the NU database and ensure that it is updated regularly by the product managers
o Ensure that the all communications are duplicated to the regions and that they are involved in marketing campaigns and communications at all times
o Host quarterly marketing update meetings with all vendors to determine what the key messaging focus campaign is for the quarter
o Drive quarterly go to market campaigns through partners – ensuring timeous delivery and execution to the entire partner base from primary partners through to the unmanaged partners
o Ensure that a comprehensive sales and technical readiness training programme is put in place for the year and manage this closely
o Maximise any co-branded events or marketing activities with partners and vendors
o Deliver on 2 joint partner events per year covering all regions
o Investigate and plan for expo and conference opportunities with partners and vendors
o Report on ROI for each event / campaign


Job Requirements:

Education& Experience:
Min 3-4 years’ experience as a Marketing Executive
Solid understanding of Marketing strategies
1- 2 years IT Industry experience - preferred
Technical Competencies:
Ms Office Package (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Adobe)
Basic technical competence in product solutions
