Mammoth Technologies, is a manufacturing concern known internationally as a specialised manufacturer of products related to drilling (Blasthole drilling) in the mining industry with head offices located in Witbank, Mpumalanga.

Mammoth is seeking a confident, young, vibrant and creative person, who has an eye for clean and simple design – to fill a full time position to perform the role of a marketing assistant with complimenting skills in Graphic design and Web development to join the Marketing manager in the drilling consumable factory based in Rosslyn, Pretoria.

The successful person should be enthusiastic and goal orientated with the ability to work against deadlines and handle multiple tasks at once.

Requirements:

• Grade 12 (Matric)
• Certificate or Diploma in marketing
• Qualification or good hands on experience with Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint
• Must be competent in HTML and Wordpress
• Willingness to learn and expand your knowledge in the relevant industry
• Positive attitude
• Ability to take initiative, show commitment and be responsible

Role:

• Assist the marketing manager with day to day running of the marketing department
• Keep all company stationary up to date including technical manuals
• Maintain company corporate identity throughout the organisation
• File and organise all marketing related documentation including server related information ie. Customer data
• Create, design and manage all promotional documentation
• Liaise with printers and other suppliers
• Create and manage bulk email programs
• Create internal newsletters for distribution
• Oversea certain product lines
• Be fully Responsible for all website development and infrastructure
• Be fully Responsible for online marketing strategy
• Design, develop and manage all website related content
• Providing support for marketing events and exhibitions as required
• Writing articles and promotional material for the company
• Uploading marketing material to online libraries, internet groups and social media sites
