Job Description:
Marketing Leads Manager
Manage and drive the performance of our campaigns and the management and distribution of leads to telesales department. You will keep track of goals of the organisation and assist in the full operational efficiency within the marketing department as a Marketing Leads Manager at a diversified financial service group.
Operational strategy formulation in relation to marketing on lead distribution with analytics
Accuracy of daily, weekly and monthly reporting's with feedback to business on findings
Effectively managing the support team (QA) and ensuring KPI's and SLAs are met
Suppliers relationships aligned to budgets and tracked with feedback
Be aware of current and future media plans and support marketing in preparation off all campaigns
Dynamically manage conversion for the marketing and telesales departments
Ensuring operational efficiency of applicable processes / structures / systems
Ensuring the effective allocation, management and optimization of campaigns
Procedural enhancements
Continuous analysis of efficiencies within media and telesales - regarding leads
Making recommendations and implementing solutions (reporting and analytics) with regard to lead distributions in telesales and media planning
Translation of suggestions into workable solutions
Address inefficiencies across all departments (internal and external) leads and outsourced lead providers
The development and management of relationships and SLA's with relevant business partners (telesales and media department)
Formulation of relevant reports and reporting to Senior Management
At least 3-5 years' Marketing/administration experience
