The incumbent will be expected to Lead, Coach and Manage Brand Managers in the business to create a high performance culture within the team to exceed the budgeted sales and profit targets as well as lead the business unit to formulate and implement marketing strategies.
Aligning local marketing strategy with overall corporate strategy, assess opportunities for new products to maximize profitability.
The incumbent will be responsible for 11 Southern Africa countries such as:
Angola.
Namibia.
Mozambique.
Zambia.
Malawi.
Botswana.
Mauritius.
Madagascar.
Seychelles
Comoros.
Zimbabwe.

Minimum requirements:

Matric (Grade 12).
Post graduate Commercial Degree/Diploma in Science or Natural science.

Work Experience:
3 years as Marketing Manager in Pharmaceutical industry.
