Marketing Manager position available with well known, fast growing International Fashion Brand. We are looking for someone with a strong marketing background who also has a strong creative eye that falls in line with the brand aesthetic. The person must be an independent and creative thinker, incredibly proactive and organised. The key goal is to explore unique and effective ways to increase brand awareness and maximise sales by understanding the impact of the marketing strategy across the business.

Job duties to include:

- Conceptualise, co-ordinate and maintain marketing campaigns.
- Analysing spend and Return On Investment.
- Expand product solutions and offerings.
- Prepare marketing and P.R strategies alongside other company executives and staff.
- Create campaigns and implement strategies to support the business strategy.
- Campaign execution, monitoring activities and measuring results.
- Analyse market trends and recommend changes to marketing and business development strategies based on analysis and feedback.
- Prepare and adhere to budgets.
- Developing and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Provide feedback to CEO at weekly status meetings.
- Coordination of suppliers and partners to execute the strategy.
- Preparing, briefing in and liaising with advertising agencies regarding creative briefs.
- Researching, building and maintaining relationships/affiliations with key business people, suppliers and partners.
- Producing monthly, status and project reports.
- Ensuring effective implementation of strategic plans.
- Design print ads and publications.
- Ensure brand messages are consistent.
- Gather and analyse customer insight.
- Nurture and enrich all external perceptions of the company and growth of market share.
- Engage consumers on social media.
- Take calculated risks based on data-driven analytics.
- Drive overall CRM and direct marketing.
- Collaborate with sales and sourcing to develop strategic partnership activities and implement
the execution framework and strategic plan on identified opportunities.
- Develop and lead a marketing team that will develop and execute new concepts, business models, channels and partners to position business as innovator and leader.

Qualifications and experience required:

- Appropriate tertiary qualification (Btech degree or equivalent in marketing and /or communications).
- Proficiency in MS Office suite.
- Minimum of five years’ experience in marketing, advertising, or communications.
- Experience in a retail environment would be advantageous.
