4. Relevant Qualifications: 3-4 year diploma / degree (IMM or equivalent)
5. Reporting to Head of Sales & Marketing

9. Ethical, robust business acumen
10. Disciplined, ethical, dynamic & energetic (action orientated) qualities
11. Develop, manage & sustain a profitable CAMS product & brand portfolio by understanding, anticipating, creating & meeting consumer needs
12. 5+ years in consumer brand development (FMCG / Pharmacy) environment
13. At least 2 years in senior brand management with a diverse portfolio of brands / product categories
14. At least 2 years of proven multiple product management
15. Leading a team of 2 brand managers
16. Strategy development
17. Annual brand plans
18. Full income statement responsibility
19. Monitor portfolio, brand performance, competitor activity & recommend adjustments to marketing mix
20. Identify consumer research needs & projects for portfolio strategy
21. Lead 360 degree consumer communication campaigns
22. Generation of consistent sales & profit growth
23. Leading external service agencies
24. Developing professional working relationships
25. Overall support for reporting & presentations
26. English speaking & any other languages invited
