Preferably 5 years or more experience in marketing with a strong track record in Direct Marketing essential and/or Customer Relationship Management

Strong project management skills, with ability to manage and co-ordinate across both Internal and external suppliers, with a deadline driven approach.

Digital Platforms understanding, with insight to measurement and analytics.

Demonstrate clear marketing understanding of the industry and best practices.

Understanding of all current legal and legislative regulations that are dominating the marketing industry.

Displays financial literacy and business acumen.

Demonstrates leadership and confidence in team work, problem solving, results driven, interpersonal skills (written, oral, listening and influencing others)

Able to operate in a pressurised environment with key understanding of “speed to market”

Superlative knowledge of the company's geographies of operation and range of products.

Marketing degree or equivalent qualification required.

Direct marketing and or sales marketing qualification an advantage

Experience in travel & tourism industry an advantage.

Computer competency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.

Salary R 30.000.00 CTC with company benefits.
