Purpose of the role:

To develop and implement marketing plans and strategies which will profitably grow the portfolio of brands across selected product categories.

Minimum requirements:

3 year degree (Business related)
Minimum 8 years marketing experience gained within an FMCG environment

Key performance areas:

Develop brand vision and differentiated positioning
Develop brand plans, strategies and action plans
Define categories and develop category plans, strategies and actions
Develop multi-brand strategy across selected product categories
Manage brand profitability
Develop brand budget
Develop brand pricing, promotion, packaging, product, channel and customer point of purchase strategies
Implement and manage demand management process and procedures
Implement and manage innovation process so as to launch new products successfully.
