Talksure has a 600 seat contact centre in Umhlanga and generates sales on behalf of some of South Africa’s most well-known insurance and non-insurance brands, as well as starting to look at international opportunities. Due to continued success and our growth plans for the year ahead, we’re looking for a motivated, innovative and out of the box thinker to take the business to the next level.
The Marketing Manager is a senior management role and will report to the Chief Operations Officer.
The primary focus will be to develop a communications and marketing strategy to support the launch of new product lines and to extend the customer life cycle through regular communication to existing clients. The marketing manager will head up the marketing team, leading on development of internal communication strategies, as well as building on existing brands to maintain strong corporate image in relation to all external communication.
The role the candidate must fulfil will be one that requires a high level of strategic and agile thinking skills and an understanding of marketing strategy principles including market segmentation, branding principles, media and channel planning, social and digital platforms, marketing mix optimisation skills.
In order to succeed, one will need significant experience in developing marketing strategies from scratch including digital marketing and must make use of their creative skills, along with strategic thinking and your own complete team management "toolkit".
