Adecco Group is currently seeking for an experienced Marketing Manager for a full time permanent position with our client in Zion area. Our client is a well established construction company with a great reputation. Job Duties

Manage all marketing activities for the company and lead the marketing department in achieving company goals and objectives,

Develop innovative strategies across marketing touch points to increase traffic, gain market share and maintain our leadership position in the industry,

Plan all special events including grand openings, broker events, customer appreciation parties, and etc,

Manage the creation and publication of all marketing material to ensure brand messaging, voice and creative elements are consistent across all marketing channels,

Oversee website content by continually monitoring and suggesting improvements and participating in implementation,
Monitor and report on effectiveness of marketing activities,

Compilation of weekly performance reports for senior management,

Coach and mentor your team.

Business Skills / Experience Required

Min 5 yrs of exp. as a Marketing Manager is required,
BA in Marketing, Communications, or related field required,
Self-disciplined
Attention to detail & eye for quality execution, yet can think outside the box,
Thrive in a fast-paced environment and comfortable multi-tasking,
Excellent inter-personal skills.
