Are you a Marketing Manager looking to join an international fashion house?

My client, based in the east of Johannesburg, is looking for a dynamic and strategic Marketing Manager with a keen interest in fashion to join their team. 

Reporting to the Marketing Executive, the incumbent will be responsible for developing marketing objectives, plans and budgets to present to the brand team. In addition, he/she will considers global Brand objectives and campaigns, marketing guidelines and local market/competitive trends to:

• Formulate marketing objectives 
• Makes decisions on collateral and creative concepts
• Plan and develop programs
• Develop marketing and media plans and calendars
• Develop On-line, key digital and social plans
• Shares findings on market trends with the Marketing Executive to identify market-specific needs in terms of promotions and creative concepts (especially when they deviate from global guidelines and offerings)
• Assists in the development of fiscal year budgets. Presents the marketing budget to Marketing Executive, reviews and revises and then presents to brand team for approval

Applicants will need to meet the following minimum requirements in order to be considered for this role:

• Completed BCom Marketing or other relevant Marketing Degree
• Minimum of 3- 5 years marketing experience (fashion retail preferable)
• Knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Power Point
• Retail experience advantageous
