International Fashion House looking for your expertise. 3 - 5 years experience within either the Fashion or Retail Industries.

Strategic/objective development and implementation
- Works with Marketing Executive to develop marketing objectives, plans and budgets to present to the brand team
- Considers global Brand objectives and campaigns, marketing guidelines and local market/competitive trends to:
• Formulate marketing objectives
• Makes decisions on collateral and creative concepts
• Plan and develop programs
• Develop marketing and media plans and calendars
• Develop On-line, key digital and social plans
• Shares findings on market trends with the Marketing Executive to identify market-specific needs in terms of promotions and creative concepts (especially when they deviate from global guidelines and offerings)
• Assists in the development of fiscal year budgets. Presents the marketing budget to Marketing Executive, reviews and revises and then presents to brand team for approval
- Submit to International any marketing material, event or initiative as per the approval of the Marketing Executive and Brand General Manager/Brand Manager
- Builds relationships with business partners (particularly Brand General Managers and Brand Managers internally), key customers and suppliers
- Makes suggestions and recommendations to the Marketing Executive regarding suppliers to obtain the best results and remain competitive
- Spearheads all procedures, forms, analysis, and reports critical to the execution of marketing plans
- Analyzes the business, evaluates competitive challenges, and identifies opportunities for growth
- Ensures that Brand image and position are properly maintained in people and materials, in accordance with corporate standards
- Represents Brand in a professional and positive manner when interacting with staff, customers and business partners
- Monitors for appropriate implementation of Brand identity tools
- Ensures strong execution of Brand marketing plans/calendars and major launches
- Manages marketing activities associated with new store, retailer campaigns, trade campaigns (where relevant) and seasonal launches
Ex: signage packs, store launch plans in coordination with brand team and PR etc
- Liaises with the International Marketing team to obtain promotional material (including collateral/visual merchandizing) and advertising materials
- Liaises with the in-house design team to ensure excellence in execution for all marketing and advertising materials
- Represents marketing at weekly status meetings with the brand team. Responsible for preparation, re-cap, and follow-up of internal meetings in regards to programs in process and provides this information to the Marketing Executive in weekly status meetings.
- Regularly interfaces with Marketing Operations/Services and Creative Services (internally, regionally and globally where relevant) to ensure proper coordination and implementation of programs, and to raise potential issues or conflicts for resolution. Tracks and meets timetable dates. Completes necessary paperwork according to established timetables.
- Interfaces, on an ongoing basis, with all business functions (Brand Management, Finance, Design/Creative and Visual Merchandizing, PR etc) to:
• Facilitate the progress of programs
• Discuss and develop new and modified ideas for promotional items, creative concepts, packaging (where applicable), and communications to meet market specific needs
• Discuss market trends
• Communicate marketing initiatives
• Anticipate, identify, and seek resolutions to issues that may arise
• Supports Brand team to develop strong sell through systems influenced by Marketing
