Marketing Graduate for a property development and rental management company.

We are a small team requiring a dynamic, hard-working, experienced person to manage the company’s marketing strategy / plan and to become involved in all aspects of the business which includes development, construction and the provision of rental accommodation. 3-4 years’ experience in a marketing related role

• Identify trends
• Create and manage the marketing plan
• Implement marketing and advertising campaigns
• Organising promotional presentations
• Must be comfortable liaising with senior and executive management from the government and private sector
• Research competitive products
• Research market details such as size, segmentation, forecasts
• Create, deliver, edit and optimise marketing materials
• Experience with social media campaign
• Must understand and have experience in all channels such as print, outdoor, direct mail and social with the emphasis being on social media
• Willingness to work extensive hours if required
• Willingness to engage with our customers on a personal level
• Willingness to assist with sales and general office duties as required

Salary negotiable. Position available from 1 August 2018.
