Marketing Manager

Oversees and manages the design, production, and delivery of all marketing collateral and materials globally.

Primary responsibilities:

Marketing collateral coordination

Manages the briefing process from key stakeholders on the creation and updating of all international collateral
Oversees and manages the production process (from design, content development to final business approval before going to print)
Responsible for running the final business approval process on all marketing collateral
Inventory management of all marketing materials
Manage the distribution of all materials to global offices
Quality control of all artwork and content within marketing materials
Liaising with global offices to ensure their marketing collateral requirements are met
MS Office (full suite)
Excellent business communication skills in English – verbal and written
Must be extremely organised and efficient
Must be able to work quickly and efficiently and under pressure
Dedicated to the completion of tasks and meeting deadlines
Confident and dynamic
