The role:

We are looking for a Marketing Manager to develop and execute our marketing strategy. You are highly metrics driven and will work with our sales team and leadership to increase our brand awareness with our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate creative ideas, content and marketing strategies that support overall business objectives
Evaluate and recommend outreach strategies to both shippers and carrier in collaboration with key stakeholders
Work closely with the design team to execute marketing efforts
Plan trade show attendances and other potential events
Manage relationship with PR Firm
Obsess with KPI/ROI metrics to evaluate the cost and benefit of each different channel and approach
Develop, coordinate and execute the day-to-day operations of social media strategy, content development, and customer engagement
Work constantly to improve brand recognition and develop & implement campaigns.

Qualifications

BA/BS in business, marketing, communications or related field
+ 5 years experience in marketing, communications, and client/internal customer relations
Experience in managing b2b marketing strongly preferred
Ability to influence and effectively work with others throughout the organization
Exceptional written and verbal communication and organizational skills
Master/MBA a plus
