As the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for:
? Lead a HR design project that will deliver transformational change for the brand
? Identify & share learning's and best practices across the region
? Develop the brand strategy & plans to deliver growth goals (short, medium & long term strategies)
? Inspire, influence and support the local brand teams to fully embrace and activate the brand strategies in the local markets
? Lead the development of central projects & tools: Develop consumer brand campaigns for local markets
? Lead cross functional projects for initiatives that span across markets
? Work closely with local marketing and commercial teams to deeply understand the local context

The successful Marketing Manager will have the following:
? 8+ years brand management experience within an FMCG environment
? Experience looking after a portfolio of more than 1 brand
? Previous experience marketing a brand within the African & Middle East regions beneficial
? Ability to travel frequently
