Online store specialising in all things green and eco-friendly. Are looking for a self-motivated ‘Jack (or Jane) of all trades’ to help them get going.
As the site is still in its infancy, you will need to be able and willing to roll-up your sleeves and get stuck-in. You must be versatile, bright and a self-starter. We need someone with a passion for the online space – social media, digital marketing, blogging – who can put their knowledge into practice. You need to be driven, dynamic and ambitious.
You will be dealing with online marketing, social media, advertising, PR and various other marketing tools. Pursuing and creating relationships with possible vendors, maintaining great working relationships with current vendors, managing customer services and dabbling with invoicing, stock control and dispatch are all part and parcel. A view to future permanent employment.
Location: Western Cape
Duration: 3 Months

Requirements:
• A solid knowledge of marketing and the tools of the digital trade
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Serious attention to detail (you will be working a team of type A personalities)
• Must be able to take initiative and be confident enough to self-manage, but still be able to work well within a tight-knit team
• Ability to work under pressure, multitask and prioritise
• A healthy sense of humour

Advantageous:
• Previous working experience with WordPress or in an online environment
• Knowledge of web analytics tools
• A passion for ‘Green’ trends and initiatives, without being a tree-hugging hippy
• Excellent coffee making skills
