Minimum requirements for Skills/Education/Experience:


Fluent in spoken and written English. Any second language advantageous ?
A self-starter who is able to set their own priorities & take initiative ?
Communicative, energetic & enthusiastic, with a 'can do' approach to tasks ?
Must be numerically strong?
Excellent administrative & organizational skills ?
Confident & personable with good interpersonal skills ?
Able to work as part of a local and an international team but also independently when Supervisor/Manager is out of the office ?
Ability to multi-task, but still attend to detail and focus on important issues ?
Ability to stay focused when working under pressure in order to meet tight deadlines ?
Excellent PC skills (Microsoft Office - minimum requirements; web design & email marketing software skills a major advantage) ?
Must be prepared to travel occasionally and will therefore need to be flexible in terms of working hours, which will include some evenings and weekends ?
Ability to adapt as the external environment and organization evolves

Matric qualification (including core/HG mathematics) ?
Marketing Diploma/Degree qualification essential

3-5 years' experience in a Marketing environment - preferably in a related Industry ?
Commercial experience displaying proof of strong organisational skills ?
2 years' experience in Search Engine Marketing and Search Engine Optimisation
Must have SEO and SCO experience and also have an understanding of coding languages when dealing with Web Design
Job Responsibilities

1. Marketing Materials and other literature

All marketing materials must be accurate and professionally displayed, incorporating approved Herbalife branding; they MUST be proof read and checked thoroughly prior to distribution ?
Ensure correct global image for all product and literature produced whilst incorporating local/legal and other requirements. ?
Keep abreast with all local developments with regard to the food industry and local regulations in order to ensure up to date and accurate adherence to legal and DSA requirements.
2. Southern African website maintenance

Working in con-junction with the Sales strategy and Marketing co-ordinator to ensure Southern African content and marketing materials is up to date on all local websites and that information is easy to find
3. Search Engine Marketing and SEO

Work with Digital agency to execute tests, collect and analyse data, identify trends and insights in order to achieve maximum ROI in paid search campaigns. ?
Track, report, and analyse website analytics and Paid Per Click initiatives and campaigns. ?
Manage campaign expenses, staying on budget, estimating monthly costs and reconciling discrepancies. ?
Optimise copy and landing pages for paid search engine marketing campaigns. ?
4. Staff Product Training

Plan, develop, and coordinate product training programs for staff. ?
Prepare training materials, developed instructional content, determine methodology, ?
Conduct training sessions and develop criteria for evaluating effectiveness of training. ?
Coordinate training schedule, dates, and logistics
5. Staff Engagement

6. Sponsorship Management

Developing and implementing a successful sponsorship strategy and the management, direction and delivery of all incumbent partners' contractual rights. ?
Ensuring all sponsors are integrated and achieve all business objectives.
