The Auto Technician is responsible for carrying out scheduled servicing, diagnosis and repair work on a range of vehicles, to the highest standards, with a focus on customer satisfaction and solving any problem at the first time of asking.

Responsibilities will include:
• Meeting set targets as agreed
• Routine vehicle servicing
• Assisting and carrying out diagnostic work to determine the cause of faults
• Liaising with workshop Foreman and Service Advisor on any customer vehicle related issues requiring authorisation.
• Following set processes to complete work under warranty
• Requesting of parts as required
• Part and time records and reports as required
• Ensuring the quality of work is of a high standard the first time every time
• Ensure workshop remains tidy
• Training of apprentices as required
• Supporting others in the team

Skills and Attributes:
• Fully qualified BMW qualified master Technician
• Customer-centric attitude is critical
• Ability to follow set processes
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work
• Ability to manage time and prioritise in a pressurized environment
• Comfortable working in a target driven environment
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Team player
• Valid drivers licence
