MATERIAL PLANNER / FACTORY COORDINATOR (SAP & MRP) , KRUGERSDORP, R16 000 + BEN ( WORKING EVERY ALTERNATING SATURDAYFROM 8 – 16:00)
• Must be competent in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
• Experience with SAP (especially SD module)
• Experience in sales administration, accounts or purchasing would be an advantage.
• Exposure to MRP or VMI systems
Integrity of SAP systems (customer and CLIENT)
• Administration of Raw material and consumables purchasing.
• Monitoring of MRP orders
• Co-ordinate allocation, picking and delivery of stock.
• Communication with customers
• Maintenance of Master Data on SAP.
• Development of Logistics to complement MRP system.
• Sales co-ordination in absence of Sales Co-ordinator (alternate weekends and holidays).
• Stock taking and reconciliations.
• Analysis of selling patterns and ordering patterns in order to suggest changes to MRP setup.
• Setup and maintenance of MRP for packaging materials and trading goods.
