We are seeking to employ experienced and qualified Senior Midwives with strong supervisory / management experience, for two of our clients representing large private hospitals in Johannesburg and Polokwane.

The incumbents will be required to have relevant management experience, as training will not be required. Responsibilities will include staffing / HR management, budgeting and financial management, stock control, problem solving, Doctor liaison and retention, and more!

The following requirements are a prerequisite to be considered for the position:
• Registered with the SANC as a Professional Nurse & Midwife
• Preferred: an Advanced Diploma/Degree in Midwifery
• Preferred: a postgraduate qualification in Nursing Management/Admin
• Strong training and supervisory skills
• Prior Unit Management or Acting/Deputy UM experience in the Maternity ward
