Our client is a state of the art boutique facility specialising in Mental health care. They currently need a Matron to join this passionate team, working in a lovely serene and tranquil environment. The candidate should have solid experience working as a matron/senior unit manager in a hospital environment, managing staff, scheduling rosters, organising payroll etc. Psychiatric experience is a MUST. 5 day work week only.
