Prestigious wine and hospitality destination, this exclusive guest house caters to high profile local and international markets. This intimate property sleeps approximately 25 guests, and offers a luxury spa and two world-class, fine dining restaurants. They are now looking for an enthusiastic and professional Restaurant Supervisor to oversee operations in their Asian-inspired restaurant. Build your professional experience by joining this renowned property with the highest international standards and working with a skilled and dedicated team.
As Restaurant Supervisor you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the up-market restaurant, manage staff and restaurant administration. Guest liaison is an essential part of this position. Successful applicants must have at least 3 years of Restaurant Management experience in a fine dining establishment. Wine knowledge and skills in food and wine pairing preferred. The Restaurant Supervisor must be well spoken and presentable, enthusiastic and comfortable engaging with guests in an up-market, five-star environment.
