IBM MDM Expert (Banking)
Contract: 6 months. Rate per hour : R900. Must have: Banking experience
Experience Required
1. 2 - 5 years BPM Application Development Experience or alternatively 2 - 5 years J2EE experience.
2. SOA experience (advantage).
3. ECM experience (advantage).
Implemented a Master Data Management solution
Performed Enterprise Master Data Management solution design and implementation using IBM MDM platform providing leadership and development under the Scrum Master role
Developed and implemented 2 Domain Hubs – Network Resource Hub(All physical and logical network components) and Location Hub
Packaged and deployed incremental MDM solutions into Development and Production
Designed Integration pattern for ETL delta loads into the hub
Managed a team of developer team size of 7
Provided technical expertise to the project team to help assure that MDM solution is designed and developed in the optimal manner and in accordance MDM best practices
Provided input to data architects on data model requirements
Responsible for MDM application debugger logs, service traces & analyzing outputs
Managed the MDM deployed code version control for debugging and rollback procedures
Assisted vendor with MDM installation, migration, defect resolution, and initial data loads.
Created Server Environment Installation procedure documentation
Developed Client/Developer Environment Installation procedure documents
Assisted with producing solution design and architecture diagrams in form of Functional Design and Technical design documents
Developed web services specifications documents
MDM services additions & extensions design and development
Case log and follow-up on with IBM support team for case resolution
Communicated with Project Management team on project progress and issues
Reviewed and provided input into team’s work products and deliverables.
Designed code testing methodologies and code deployment procedures
Provided mentorship to junior team members in form of training paths and hands on practice
