Position
The main responsibility of the loaders is to load and off load carcasses to and from the delivery vehicle both at origin and delivery point. To act as a truck assistant to the driver.

Responsibilities (not limited to)
Loading and off loading of carcasses both at point of origin and delivery point
To upload and off-load items onto the delivery vehicle when instructed to do so
To ensure that all items that are handled are handled correctly, and stored correctly in the vehicle
Load carcasses in an organized and timely manner

Required skills and knowledge
Minimum requirement Grade 10 certificate
Preferred requirement Grade 12 certificate
1 year poven general working experience
English literacy

Required characteristics
Must be able to work in cold conditions
Core strength to pick up meat up to 60kg
Must be able to carry heavy objects
