An international multidisciplinary consulting firm seeks to employ a dedicated Mechanical Engineer (Building Services) with strong knowledge in wet services working on high rise building projects to be based permanently in their Cape Town offices. The candidate must have a proven track record in leading project delivery of major Middle East Building projects.

Applicants must meet the following requirements:

Must have a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering
Must have a minimum of 20 years’ experience working as a Mechanical Engineer on Highrise buildings
Must be professionally registered as a Professional Engineer (Pr.Eng) with ECSA
Must be Professional Registration with CIBSE
Must demonstrate strong technical knowledge of HVAC, Mechanical Engineering and Wet Services
Must have technical expertise and experience of local GCC design standards and codes, specifically Saudi Arabia and UAE
Must have technical expertise and experience of European/US based design codes or standards and Statutory Regulations
Must be in possession of a valid Passport
