Job Description:

Managing the execution and planning of all construction works/ activities with the team and sub-contractors
Assess & analyse construction plans to reduce unforseen company losses
Compiling monthly reports and assisting with the progress measurement process
Good understanding of project management principles
The study and knowledge of relevant construction draughting drawings
Achieving safe working conditions and high quality of produce in the shortest possible time.
Analysing and solving equipment- related problems and assisting with daily challenges, fault finding, problem root analysis and planning/ execution of preventive actions.
Inspect equipment performance to ensure correct operation and implement asset performance measures based on the engineering best practice standards.
Maintaining & improving safety, environmental & health standard practices as enforced by the ACT.
Ensuring all construction activities are carried out as specified by the company's ethics and standards
Enforcing engineering standards which complies with the legal council.

Minimum Requirements:

National Diploma or Degree in Engineering (Mechanical)
5 Year’s relevant site management experience, relating to mechanical & structural, plate & piping projects.
Contractor management experience
Computer literacy including SAP
Valid SA driver’s licence
