Qualification:
BTech/BEng Mechanical engineering
Professional registration highly advantageous

Skills & Experience:
Design experience in hvac and wet services
Design experience in Lifts and escalators
Heat load calculations
Revit MEP experience
AutoCad
Handling of projects from inception phase until close
Min 5 years’ experience in mechanical building services

Job Description:
As the mechanical engineer or technologist, you will be required to run projects from inception until close stage. You must be independent and be able to work on fast-paced projects while delivering all client project related needs on time. You must be able to design mechanical systems in a building such as hvac, wets services, lifts and escalators. This role requires someone who does not need to be monitored as you will be heading all the design aspects of all mechanical projects.
