Job Overview
You will be responsible for the mechanical design / re-design of machinery. Optimizing processes and
machinery to meet World Class Manufacturing standards. This will include budgeting, process improvement
and automation, machine design, drafting, part specification, manufacturing supervision, testing and
installation and commissioning of machinery. You will make recommendations to management and institute
changes in methods, designs and equipment as necessary, exhibiting and understanding of legislation and
industry practice

Minimum requirements

B-Tech Degree or National diploma in Mechanical Engineering

Passion for design

Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) and experienced with AutoCAD

Excellent organising and leadership skills

Fully bilingual in English and Afrikaans (speak, read, write)

Code EB (08) driver’s license and own reliable transport

Design experience will be to you advantage
