Qualification:
B-Tech Degree/N.Dipl in Mechatronics

Skills & Experience:
Extensive experience in building services completing the designing and draughting of HVAC, Fire protection and prevention systems (Active and Passive System designs) wet services systems etc.
HVAC experience will include Chilled Water Systems, Evaporative cooling systems
Solar powered under-floor heating systems, Industrial ventilation systems (process fume extraction, smoke extraction etc.).
Compiling of tender documentation and commissioning documentation
Have effective and interpersonal, analytical and problem solving skills
Complete Wet Services designs that include Solar, Heat Pump & In-Line Heater Powered, Hot Water Generation Systems. Plumbing fitting and reticulation design.
Vertical Transport Systems experience including Lifts, Hoists and Escalators.
Must have knowledge of fire regulations
Must be able to communicate at all levels and have experience in dealing with tough clients
Complete detailed heat load calculations
Must be willing to travel locally and internationally
Attend site meetings and client visits
5+ years’ experience in an engineering consulting firm
