• Grade 12
• BSc Mechanical Engineering Tertiary Qualification
• Professional Registration at Engineering Council of South Africa (ECSA)
• Project Management Qualification will be an advantage
• Factory experience
• Previous dealings with ammonia
• EPCM, OME, PCE experience
• SHERQ Certificate
• Computer Literate
• Valid Drivers License and Own Transport
• Fluent in Afrikaans and English
• Strong people skills
• Trustworthy
• Time management skills
• Ability to lead, manage and control a team
• Well presented
• Improve current processes and implement new procedures / policies

Duties:
• Conduct major assignments in the Mechanical Engineer discipline
• Prepare and present technical reports
• Improve designs
• Project scoping, planning and prioritization
• Outline planning / programming
• Running new project expanding the abattoir cold room facilities
• Maintenance
• Production
• Breakdowns
• Project approval
• Expenditure approval
