Carry out Site Inspections

Tender and run projects

Manage Reporting

Prepare Bill of Quantities

Experience in AutoCAD, Revit, HAP or similar heat calculation software

MS Projects

Minimum 4-5 years’ experience in Mechanical Building Services, Fire and HVAC


Job Description:

Design of HVAC, Fire and Mechanical Building Services. Be able to manage complete Project Life Cycle. Carry out site inspections and manage reporting. Prepare tender documents and liaise with clients. Minimum 4-7 years’ experience in Mechanical Building Services, Fire and HVAC.
