Qualification:

NDip in Mechanical Engineering



Skills & Experience:

Design and implementation of Water Reticulation systems (hot and cold water)

Design of Cold Water Storage and Pumping systems

Design of Hot Water Generation systems

Design of Building Drainage systems

Prepare Bill of Quantities

Site meetings and inspections

Tender and run projects

HVAC Design an advantage

Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in the Design of Wet Services within a Building Services environment (non-negotiable)



Job Description:

As a Mechanical Building Services Technician in this consultancy you will be responsible for the detailed Design of Wet Services. A technical role that requires you to do the full Project Life Cycle which entails site inspection, preparing Bill of Quantities and client liaison. HVAC Design is advantageous.
