Qualification:

NDip in Mechanical Engineering



Skills & Experience:

Design and implementation of Water Reticulation systems (hot and cold water)

Design of Building Drainage systems

Site meetings and inspections

Tender and run projects

Prepare Bill of Quantities

HVAC Design an advantage

Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in the Design of Wet Services within a Building Services environment (non-negotiable)



Job Description:

As a Mechanical Building Services Technician in this consultancy you will be responsible for the detailed Design of Wet Services. A technical role that requires you to do the full Project Life Cycle which entails site inspections, preparing Bill of Quantities and client liaison. HVAC Design is advantageous.
