Our client, a large medical practice seeks to appoint an Accounts Administrator with previous accounts experience within a medical practice environment.

Requirements:
• Must have a minimum of 4 years accounts experience within a medical practice environment.
• Must have advanced Excel skills.
• Experience on Med-e-Mass will be beneficial.
• Must have own transport (own vehicle) – not close to public transport.
• Must be Afrikaans proficient.
• Must be willing to work the office hours which is 07:00 to 16:00 (Monday to Friday)

Responsibilities:

• Producing Invoicing, Receipting and Statements.
• Reconcile of debtors accounts.
• Posting of payments to relevant accounts.
• Deal with problematic payment queries from medical aids.
• Collection of outstanding monies from patients.
• Reconcile of creditors accounts on weekly and monthly basis.
• Capturing and processing of petty cash expenses.
