One of our leading ethical pharmaceutical clients is recruiting for a Medical Advisor to join their professional team based in Midrand.

Responsibilities:
• Support local, regional, SADC and corporate business objectives by active team work and interaction with internal colleagues and external contacts
• Support the application of legal and company guidelines for the development and approval of promotional material.
• Manage medical information to ensure efficient and effective answer to queries, providing sales and marketing support without compromising medical ethical considerations
• To assist with the training of immunology, vaccinology and disease aetiology internally for the Vaccine Representatives in ESA, WESA, RSA & SADC
• Responsible for assisting with pharmacovigilance information, ensuring that company SOP’s as well as various health authority regulations are adhered to when collating and reporting all adverse events occurred

Requirements:
• Validated South- African medical degree
• Must be registered with the Health Professionals Council of SA
• Relevant background in immunology/vaccinology would be an added benefit
• Ability to travel within East, West, South and SADC countries is an essential requirement
