MEDICAL ADVISOR – GAUTENG

A global leader in Generic Pharmaceuticals and Biosimilar Medicines has an opportunity for a Medical Advisor.
The purpose of the Medical Advisor would be to support and consult with all medical specialties within the Biopharmaceutical, Oncology and Specialty portfolio's To assist with the operational medical plans and activities that support the development, launch and life cycle management of the division.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
• Qualification: Medical Doctor MBBCh, B. Pharm or equivalent.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken. Other local language proficiency may be an advantage.
• Previous experience within an Advisory role with Oncology, Biologics and Specialty products.
• A driven, motivated self-starting individual, able to operate effectively with limited direct supervision
• Able to understand the relationship between funding level and the "big picture" - Franchise development
• Open minded and well respected.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills - ability to influence (Internally and externally) and potential to grow within the role
• Flexibility to accept multiple tasks of varying degrees of complexity.
