We have 50 new positions for Call centre Consultants with one of the largest and most reputable medical aid companies in Cape Town.

Applications are invited from suitably qualified persons to fill the above-mentioned posts.
PURPOSE OF POSITION – To assist callers with general queries. This includes both written and verbal communication, provide product information and resolve service or product queries. Enhance company image through professional telephonic interaction

Qualifications:
• Grade 12
• Formal Call Centre Qualifications (advantage)
• Microsoft Office proficient
• Proficient in English & 3 South African official languages (preferred African languages)
Advantages

• Tertiary education qualification an advantage
• Excellent administration skills
• Experience in a Medical Aid environment
• Fluent in at least 4 or more of the official languages

Experience
• Minimum of 2 years inbound call centre experience within the last 12 months essential
• Customer Service (Advantage)
• Administration functions

Job Responsibilities
• Answer phones and respond to customer requests
• Provide customers with product and service information
• Identify, research, and resolve customer issues using the in-house operating system
• Complete call logs and reports.
• Up-sell products and services as part of ad hoc company projects
• Other duties as assigned as the business requires


You will be required to work 6 days per week, normal time from Monday to Saturday.(alternative)

Monday to Friday from 08h00 to 17h00
Saturday working hours: 08h00 to 12h00
