Key Account Executive with relevant medical aid experience required for implementing the customer service model and strategy at corporate medical aid clients.

Candidate requirements:
Matric
Diploma (Business Relations or Customer Service or Corporate Wellness)
3-5 years relevant position and medical aid experience
In-depth knowledge of the medical aid industry/healthcare environment
Knowledge of customer behavior

Job responsibilities:
To liaise with corporate contacts, build and develop relationships
Responsibiilty service one or multiple Corporate clients – will spend at least 30 hours a week at corporate clients onsite
Identify internal processes and procedures that are problematic to members and corporate clients and then take action to have these changed to be more client centric
Develop, compile and coordinate wellness activities at corporate client – aimed at
Attracting members, Retaining members, Improving health profile, Meet corporate requirements

Salary:
R 250k - R 290k ctc per annum (depending on experience)
