Must have previous experience as a medical receptionist
Good knowledge of MS Office

Answering of phones
Attending to queries
Booking of patients
Appointment confirmations with patients
Managing diary and opening of files
Maintaining files
Emailing and faxing of reports
Data capturing
Room and hospital billings
Letter of guarantee requests and obtaining authorisations
Receiving of payments for room billings and processing
Collection of outstanding accounts
