Previous experience working with plastic surgeons/aesthetics recommend
Must have own reliable transport
Must preferably be able to start immediately as post is available immediately

Educational requirements:
Grade 12
Admin related tertiary highly recommended

Duties and responsibilities:
Polite telephone manager
Answering phones
Customer service
Booking appointments on diary
Invoicing patients for consultants
Ordering stock
Stock taking

Computer literacy:
Strong Excel and MS office

Personal Attributes:
Highly presentable
Friendly
Open
Able to handle stress
Good customer service skills

Working hours:
Mon – Thurs 07h30 – 17h00 and Fri 07h30 – 16h00
