Upmarket small private facility situated in the CBD seeking a Medical Case Manager with strong medical rehabilitation experience.

Seeking a strong EN or experienced RN for a post in a sub-acute medical facility as a Case Manager. Good communication skills is essential, as the candidate will communicate regularly with patients, their families and the interdisciplinary team. Requirements:

- Full-time position (8am to 5pm)
- Strong medical background (surgical would also be suitable)
- Experience as a Case Manager in a medical facility.
- Can be Enrolled Nurse or Registered Nurse but must be registered with SANC or HPCSA
- Ability to communicate with upmarket clientele
- English as 1st language
- Well-presented and well-spoken
- Display initiative and loyalty
- ICD-10 / CPT coding / Med EDI Experience preferable
- Must have own reliable transport
- Be able to multi-task.
