A Healthcare Company who is passionate about providing Clinical Care to HIV positive adults, children and adolescents is currently looking for a dynamic and driven Technical Specialist part time based KZN.

The incumbent will be responsible for providing support to public sector hospitals to improve the quality of HIV and TB services.

Education, Training and Experience
• MBBCH / MBCHB
• HPCSA
• MPS registration
• Min 6 years exp in public health setting
• Must be willing to travel

Key performance areas

• Provide technical support to District DOH & Provincial DOH
• Build capacity of District Health Management team
• Co-ordinate programme activities and oversee programme implementation within the district
• Oversee activities
• Planning and resource allocation
• Conduct quality assurance and improve the quality of data
• Co-ordinate and implement programme monitoring, evaluation and reporting within the district
• Assist the district in preparing for provincial audits and other quality improvement activities.
• Liaise with Provincial and local health authorities
• Supervise, support and mentor project management staff to ensure optimal performance and maintenance of sound labour relations
