Our client is a fast growing Laboratory based in Free State (Harrismith). A vacancy has become available for a Medical Technologist to start immediately.

Duties:
• Manage staff and laboratory stock including ordering stock timorously.
• Work day and night shifts.
• Work under a high pressure environment.
• Ensure efficient and accurate pathology results are produced.
• Ensure implementation and adoption of good laboratory practices.
• Must have a good attitude and build team cohesion.
• Must possess skills as a leader and ability to manage large team.
• Must be able to liaise with doctors regarding queries on pathology results.
• Work closely with executive management at head office with regards to Laboratory management .


Requirements:
• HPCSA Registration.
• 3 Years post qualified experience
• Experience working with large number of blood specimens daily
• Previous record and experience working for one of the big Laboratories working with large volume of blood specimens

Salary: Highly negotiable based on experience and candidate abilities.
