• Provide unit management support by maintaining quality management, performance requirements
• Control of stock and equipment in accordance with hospital’s policy
• Identify and address continuous professional development (CPD) needs
• Provide holistic learner support to learners and new employees
• Ensure a therapeutic and safe patient environment by maintaining health and safety standards and complying with infection prevention and control policy
• Ensure that quality client care principles are maintained

Requirements:
• SANC Registered Nurse
• A post basic diploma or certificate in theatre management or management experience of at least 2 years will be an advantage
• Prior experience in a similar position will be an advantage
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
• Competence in the demonstration and assessment of all relevant clinical procedures and management of risks
• Sound knowledge of stock management
