MSP currently represents a private psychiatric clinic based in the East Rand of Johannesburg, seeking to employ two qualified and experienced Unit Managers for their psychiatric wards.

The following requirements are a prerequisite to be considered for the position:
• Diploma/Degree in General Nursing & Midwifery
• Preferably a postgraduate qualification in Advanced Psychiatric Nursing
• Proven leadership/supervisory experience
• Knowledge of financial, budget, stock and change management within a nursing unit
• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a Psychiatric facility
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
