MEP Technical Director
An international multidisciplinary consulting firm seeks to employ a dedicated MEP Technical Director that specializes in iconic, high-rise building projects to be permanently based in their Cape Town office. The candidate must have worked on high rise buildings as well as have exposure working in the AMENA/GCC/GULF countries as a pre-requisite.

Applicants must meet the following requirements:
Must have a Degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Wet Services, preference will be given to candidates with a Master’s Degree.
Must have between 20 - 30 years solid post qualification experience specifically related to (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) MEPI design sector
Must be a Professional Chartered Engineer with MCIBSE or Professional Engineer with ECSA
Must have experience with QA/QC methodologies, approaches and auditing
Must have relevant working knowledge working with Revit software
Must have a minimum of 8 years’ experience working in the Middle East at a senior technical level.
Must have experience of working on large scale projects in the GCC Region
